The Shaw neighborhood has been a popular neighborhood on this blog for obvious reasons. With the potential development of the entire 4100 block of DeTonty mentioned at the end of the above-linked blog post (see map here), the Shaw neighborhood may soon have very few vacant buildings or lots.
